The Irrational Hatred of:
Minivans. Moderately sized wheels. Head-up displays. Station wagons. The Prius. Lewis Hamilton. Formula 1. Stability control. Bicycles. Turn signals.
Car and Driver speaking the praises of the minivan, the Prius, and the bicycle?
What is this, opposite day?

They called out Roadkill, so close enough.

they’re not praising. By their wording it would be okay to rationally hate them.

“Luxury cars charging for basic features, such as any color other than black or white. It’s like expensive hotels charging for Wi-Fi when it’s free at the Holiday Inn Express.”
“MSRP. Not included is destination and delivery, which is added no matter what price you end up negotiating. • Not negotiating a new-car price. • Just about every aspect of the dealership experience.”

Right, rational hatred is fair game & always has been.

All I see is a webpage that was clearly made by a robot to fool Google’s search engine.
I need to go run a virus scan now.

I’d like to highlight some of my favorites, but that would entail copy+pasting almost the entire thing.

“Commuting in a truck.”
Let’s face it. People LIKE trucks! Even if the bed is only used a couple of times a year, it’s a lot more convenient to use the truck you own than to rent one.
I recently decommissioned the truck I own because it’s old and needs work. Since then, I’ve used my car or my wife’s Explorer to haul goods. Not ideal.
I also inherited a small utility trailer and recently used it to pick up bulk materials that I couldn’t in our other vehicles. It has some advantages, but having to store the trailer and the convolutions required to get it out of the side yard for a run to the landscapers are a pain.
Frankly, I miss having a functional truck.

There are some that actually use a truck for truck stuff as well. What’s wrong with commuting in your truck during the week, then using it on the weekend?
Obviously having a second car would be better, but also more expensive.

Yet they still hate on automatics. Sorry, but I have actually come full circle to appreciating their place.
